SLC EP21 is a two-component clear, fast drying epoxy resin based primer for concrete floors and cement based screeds, ideal for priming subfloors prior to wood floor installation. Highly recommended liquid damp proofing membrane for solid wood floor installation on hardfloors.

To be applied by brush, roller or flexible spreader.
