Subfloors should be clean, flat and dry. Not doing so can lead to many problems with the flooring its self. These problems can be seen as loose flooring, squeaky joints, deflection and uneven surface. The first thing that needs to be considered is air humidity. Please take a look under "Check Moisture" to find out more. Properly cleaned means the subfloor must be free from dirt and debris, not only because they cause floor humps and euneven surfaces, but readily react to adhesives. Finally, the subfloor must be flat to industry standards, so it´s of utmost importance that you get everything done properly and at the first try.

Just want to drop you a note to say that your flooring guy finished today, and did a fantastic job. I am really happy with everything, looks great, edges are brilliant, he was clean and efficient. Very happy. If i get the chance to recommend or do more flooring, I will be coming straight to you guys.
The floors look great and we are really pleased with them.The guys did a fantastic job. We expect to be in touch again at some point to carry out work on a third room and possibly the staircase and if teh same gys are available the next time around we would be very pleased to welcome them back.
