We can visit your property to carry out a site survey in order to provide you with explicit information about the wood floor installation services required including subfloor preparation, moisture and sound insulation options, wood floor installation methods and techniques as well as all thresholds, mouldings and flooring maintenance products that are suitable for your particular type of flooring. In the unlikely event that you may purchase more than enough flooring following our wood floor installation service, we will refund you the full amount that you have paid for any unopened and undamaged pack of flooring, without any restocking charge!

If you require floor sanding or wood floor repair service, detailed information and a reference to health and safety data will be provided for all materials to be used for the service including wood floor lacquers, hard wax oils, wood floor stains, maintenance products etc. Advice will also be given on the estimated duration and any specific requirements that you may need to consider arranging in advance like furniture moving, lifting of carpets, parking arrangements etc.

If you are considering purchasing wood flooring from us, but you are unsure about the amount of flooring required in order to allow for wastage, we can visit your property for Free and provide you with a detailed Free Flooring Quotation for the exact amount of flooring needed as well as all matching flooring accessories like Underlay, Skirting Boards, Beadings, Mouldings, Stair Nosings, etc. that you may need. This free service is applicable for flooring orders above approximately 50 sqm.

By taking advantage of this Free Quotation Service, you will be assured that you will purchase sufficient amount of flooring as well as all matching accessories.

In the unlikely event that you may purchase more than enough flooring following our site visit, we will refund you the full amount that you have paid for any unopened and undamaged pack of flooring, without any restocking charge! The only thing you need to do is to arrange for the unopened packs to be delivered back to us.
